I love sea lions, Thanks for sharing
Great capture. Unusual view.
It has been a while since I have had time to vet the bird ID's on TN.
Not Henicorhina leucosticta, for a whole lot of reasons. The first is the range. The leucosticta does not range to the south of the Guanacaste Cordillera in CR. The others reasons are all morphological. First, the tail is much too long for genus Henicorhina. Also, the Henicorhina would have a black-white scalloping on the ear coverts, and it would have a black moustachial as well as having dark brown and buff transverse striping on the primaries and secondaries, as well as dorsally on the very short tail.
So, what is it?
This is Campylorhynchus rufinucha (Rufous-naped Wren).
Wonderful capture.POV,colors, sharpness and composition are excellent.
great bird, nice to see this one for the first time, TFS Ori
What a pretty bird. I like the picture, very nice pose, and well presented.
Wow! It is a real fascinating bird!!! A combination between a jay and a magpie!!! I'm very impressed!!!
Nice composition and excellent exposition but the leaves are a little bit annoying for me... I also prefer the POV of the workshop. Ideally the POV of the workshop in a natural and less busy environment...
But the bird is fantastic!!!
