Hello Pam,
Nice to once again view one of your beautiful images here on TN. This is a new bird for me and quite lovely at that. I like it's pretty earth toned colors and unique markings. The white eye brow really captures your attention along with the rather long tail.
Top quality displaying exceptional detail and just the right amount of exposure. Wonderful eye contact with a tad bit of catchlight visible. Well done!!

Dear Pam,
This is a beauty!
Did you kiss it before or after photographing it? :-)
The strict control of the depth of field makes this portrait remarkably beautiful.
The glowing colors are very attractive , and I add our your work to my theme "Fr o g s ".
I also like the tight cropping and the sharp details.
Thanks for sharing your work
Warm greetings from South Africa

Dear Pam
I would not complain about the bad light if one, I was able to observe this scene, two could get it on my memory stick...:-)

I add your work to my theme " animals feeding " and thank you for sharing.

Greetings from South Africa
Ingrid

Dear Pam
He is truly beautiful , but do I really have to kiss him?

I like your artistic crown! is the sparkle around his eyes also of your doing?

I do not think, we have such beauties here, but then the all blacks are also better than the Springboks...
Do you think I 'll be deported for this heresy?

iLife your photo very much and add it to my theme "F r o g s"

Greetings from the Tzaneen Dam, Limpopo, South Africa

WOW Pam - what a stunning shot you have here of the Tui. Looks like he's in a full swinging mood too. I love his white curls and his tuft of white feathers - Excellent capture

Hi Pam,very nice photo of the majestic eagle you have up-loaded.The colour is spot-on and the details are fine,a real keeper to be sure.Your photo is a revelation as I didn't know Bald Eagles were found outside of North America but that's the beauty of Trek Nature.Thank you for sharing this well executed and like my own photo dull light image,it came out very well.
