Hi Art,it has been awhile since I was last on TN and this photo of yours caught my eye but not for the usual reasons.I do not want to be a bummer but frankly coming from you this photo is a travesty and I know you would rather have an honest critique than to have me gush over some mediocre effort on your part or for that matter my own or anyone else's efforts.Now what it is that displeases me about this photo is the fact that the crop killed off some of the overall detail,even though the missing detail is slight it is distracting,the bit in the lower third .The blur or out of focus portion is rather distracting as well and weird as well given the f stop used.I do enjoy seeing this photo and Art do not get me wrong,but I think some of the members will say anything that might elicit a response in a bid to have you "critique" them and give out a point or two.I think that some here on this site may see points as a mark of achievement and somehow that makes them great photogs or some such happy crappy but I know you have no time for such ego-stroking nonsense.I hope you do not mind my candor as I can't say all is good like so many morons in the here and now,the only thing that is good is the truth.I hope Art that you take no offense with this 'crit as I gave no points out.
