Hello Loot
I quite fancy this scary little Grizzly. It will cause me to stay clear of the bush. Looks like your new monitor is working fine as I see no problem on my cheap line 17" monitor. The focus is sharp and the composition is lovely creating all those triangles with the branches and the little squirrel somewhere in the midst of it all. Thanks for showing.

Hello Manyee
Too cute this little upside-down critter with the amazing pop-eyes. The photo has good focus and it shows all the lovely details of this fruit bat. Comparing the positions of the highlights in the eyes and the pupil's one might argue, tongue-in-cheek, that this bat might be slightly squint. Aren't those engaging little ears something else to see as well? Thanks for showing.

Hello Fevzi
This deep blue butterfly with the attractive white markings shows well against the white flower. Interesting that you managed to capture two insects on the same photo, but maybe just a slight pity that the depth of field and/or shutter speed couldn't take care to have both in sharp focus. Thanks for showing.

Hello Kathy
She is a cute little mother to be and good for her to place food first before fear and flight so that she can obtain all the required norishment to ensure baby is healthy and well developed. She gave you a good pose and you managed to photograph the little rodent in all her beauty. The depht of field ensured good focus with sharp details of her fur and that cute little tail. Thanks for showing.

Hello Janice
Blue waters, blue islands, blue sky and blue clouds. What a sight. Good depth of field and amazing point of view. Someone said, "On a clear day you can see forever" and this photo almost convinces me that it is true. Thanks for showing.

Hello Loot
You are right, lauging is like a medicine. Take it often and take it unconditionaly. That I have learned in my circumstances. I have learned something new from your interesting and useful notes. I have seen domestic cats perform this action and never knew what or why they were doing it. The close cropping is not a problem as it actually allowed very good focus with sharp details on the zebra's face. Thanks for showing.

Hello Sitthivet
This is the animal responsible for most deaths as far as wild animal attacks on humans are concerned, here in Africa. It must be a terrifying moment when a person sees this picture and you know that monster is on its way to bite you. The yawn/roll you refer to must have been amazing to witness. I've never heard or seen anything like that before and trust me, the last 7 months I've watched a lot of National Geographic and Discovery TV. You got good focus on the mouth with only a minor nit of slight over exposure on small areas inside the mouth. Thanks for showing.

Hello Loot
The blending of all the colours of the background, the impala and the oxpecker gives this photo real spark. That lovely yellow-ringed eye with the red centre and the red beak are the only items that depart from the overall ochre - yellowish-brown, orangey or tawny - and the isolated dashes of black colours. The focus is excellent on both the impala and the bird and the upright composition showed the impala in the best possible way. Thanks for showing.

Hello Paul
Frodo seems to be very occupied with something up in the air. Maybe a bird in a tree that could perhaps become lunch? It is a good zoo photo as you do not show any of the normal zoo stuff we sometimes see on zoo photos and the fox's pose is lovely with that fixed stare and body that looks like it is ready to swing into action. The colours are strong and the composition is good. Thanks for showing.

Hello Ang
A super moment you got of these two pigeons. Perhaps a little small on the photo, but they were obviously some distance away from you as your lens was at full zoom. Catching one bird in flight is difficult enough, but you got two and it looks real good. The composition if fine and making the shadow part of the photo was also clever. Well seen and thanks for showing.
