Beautiful reflection shot, colors and lighting. While I understand the idea of symmetrical shot, I would crop out about 20 % at the bottom. Just IMHO.

Thanks for sharing!

Hi Nick,

Great amount of details and very sharp image. I went through almost all your birds photo collection and I am amazed how well they are focused, which is very difficult to do with with birds - always moving.

Hi Anghel,

Excellent details on the eyes and the head - talk about close-ups! Thanks for sharing!

Hi Pradeep,

What I like about you picture is colors. Just three main colors make the whole composition so pure and perfect.

Thanks,
Nick

Hi Pankaj,

Wow! Perfect macro and perfectly selected angle - looks like you can't get any closer, yet the sharpness of the dragonfly almost uniform - which is the hardest thing to do with macro shots.

Best regards,
Nick

Wow! This is the perfect web shot - one of the best I've seen. I like the inner glow of it and soft background colors.
Exccellent!

Hi JeanMarie,

I like your dassie photo a lot. You caught a great expression on his face. It's sharp and has a very good lighting. In my trip I've seen lots of dassies in Damaraland, Namibia, but none was as close (except one that was hiding ubder the rock in the shadow).

Hello Aurelie,

Great subject, wonderful colors and very good sharpness. I think the picture would benefit from more cropping to make an accent on the central portion, then sunny spots on surrounding leaves will not create more distraction.
