Great action, I like the water fore and back, although for me I might try to crop more of the lower left blur out of the picture.
What a great pose, it tells a sweet story..the twins are in twin pose and the mother looks toward them. They are obviously damp from the river that is visible in the BG. I also like that one cub has dark ears!
Hoopoe..my favorite bird! I like pictures with a bit of empty space around the object. I don't think I ever saw one in a tree..only on the ground. Excellent note.
This picture has everything.."action", both of the species, plant habit, beautiful detail, color, DOF & composition.
I like this compostion too, with the diagonal you are wondering what is it looking at. Very Japanese in feeling.
Very Eye catching photo, great DOF and water effects, and the long vertical composition adds to it.
The focus on the teeth and smile makes this photo. It made me laugh.
Eyecatching metallic colors, plus it is great to see both male/female. And the geometry of the watermelon adds to the interest of the photo.
Did you do anything to change the background..I think the outline looks a little unrealistic.
Otherwise a great photo!
Nice composition of diagonals and play of shadows and tones, and the foreground and distance give it perspective.
There is a similar landscape in South Utah in Capitol Reef NP. I clicked to see where this was and was surprised.
Thanks for commenting on my little picture. I especially like the colors here, unusual fushia/green/black, nice the way the background picks up the black dot on the wing. And it is interesting how much the wing looks like a piece of cabbage.
Even pests can be beautiful!
