an extra-ordinary bird with a 'talking' look in the eye well-captured..
i liked the white feathers contrasting with black legs and the beak. and a touch of orange on the weird beak makes this bird even more different than many others.
i would saturate reds and yellows a bit to highlight the orange part on the beak but this would probably look unnatural:)
so, everything's brilliant:)
thank you for sharing.

one of the weirdest yet one of the most beautiful shells i've ever seen. it gives the impression as if the guy is trying to settle down for a less busy life:) (but carpe diem side of the shell told him to keep seizing the day and it grew a looking-up-thing at the back):)
whatever, i liked its colours.
i don't like seeing names on photographs but, well, that's your choice.

a strange phenomenon well-captured on time. it reminds me of ejaculation:)

hi sheldon,
a mysterious and peaceful atmosphere is well-captured here. dark parts could be a bit lighter.

hello brett,
welcome to tn. i like puffins and this is a great portrait of one with nice colours and well-seen details. the note is quite explanatory and exposure is spot on. however, i agree with mbasil about trimming a bit from the right and seeing names/initials on photographs is not something i like. though i must confess this name/initial thing is only about my strict obsessions:)
thank you for sharing.

hi nicholas,
i must confess, this is the first time i've seen a cygnet. it looks cute. exposure and sharpness could be better. (these would also highlight the bird's foot in water as well). and a more explanatory note about swans would be another plus.
thank you for sharing.

selam sebnem,
an expected-from-you post again:) two thumbs up! rain drops are great texture on the shot. and i must confess they really look melancholic on a lake of tranquillity. colours are great and the blurred bg highlights the beauty of the picture.
