This is a fantastic scape of rural Europe, I think. When I was in The Netherlands, I used to cross this kind of kind of LS everyday in the way to my office. TFShowing.

I love this photo! It emphasizes the grace and form of the swan in flight, and it is such a peaceful image.

A crisp morning, with the sun promising a few last warm days before winter takes over! Lovely image Pierre.
Cheers, Joe.

Scientific name: Trichoglossus haematodus
Family: Psittacidae
Order: Psittaciformes
The Rainbow Lorikeet appears to have benefited from artificial feeding stations and prolific-fruiting and flowering trees and shrubs.
Very noisy critters these, but striking enough in the color stakes. Nice image particularly like the reflected color on the lp of the bowl. The other shadow in the bowl is a little distracting though, but that is life and the nature of it. Well done

Fantastic shot! Snakes will never cease to amaze me! I can't imagine myself swallowing a watermelon :)
