We have mushrooms like that here in southern Canada too. I'd suggest perhaps bringing down the highlights a bit to try getting more detail, but overall an excellent image.

The trees, fence and fresh snow is a lovely combination. Personally I'd crop out the sides (sunlight and disturbed snow)to keep the composition simpler and give more attention to the trees etc.

Lovely composition to a serene landscape. A bit more detail in the sky would make it even better (polarizer or a grad filter) but still a great scene all the same.

Ah lupin fields! Your DOF is well executed Niek. A one stop grad here might have been useful to give a darker more saturated sky, but overall this is a lovely image.
