AnimalExplorer (1997) [2014-07-13 11:42] Beautiful capture Gert! The soft background and the colors are very complimentary to your subject which is nice a sharp. The balanced lighting illuminates at it's best. Nice to see you post every now and then. :)
AnimalExplorer (1997) [2014-07-12 13:47] Pretty image of the green hairstreak. Great aperture makes this one pop right out of the frame. The soft light gives this image an elegant touch. Well done. :)
AnimalExplorer (1997) [2014-07-12 12:07] Great panoramic, love these kind of images where you can see giraffes in a nice scenic landscape. Well done. :)
AnimalExplorer (1997) [2014-07-11 11:19] Beautiful capture! With so many images of butterflies ones curiosity get the best of themselves and brings to question how are you having so much luck approaching so many without them flying away? I know that early morning would be one way as some are still trying to warm up from the cold night. Is there any more advice you can offer? Thanks, Paul.
AnimalExplorer (1997) [2014-07-11 11:01] The exposure worked out with excellent results with tack sharp focus. The marking on the wing give a calligraphic impression. Nicely captured. :)
AnimalExplorer (1997) [2014-07-11 10:58] Lovely capture of this small passerine. The colors are amazing and the nice soft aperture effect make your subject stand out nicely. Well done. :)
AnimalExplorer (1997) [2014-07-11 10:56] Pretty cool shot Jitti! Love the beautiful cluster of sulphur yellow colors. Nice framing of the group as well. :)
AnimalExplorer (1997) [2014-07-06 18:56] Super cool capture Anna! Nile monitors are amongst my favorites in the reptile kingdom. You snapped a wonderful portrait that shows the beautiful markings on this giant of the Nile. :)
AnimalExplorer (1997) [2014-07-06 18:52] Hola Amigo, lovely capture! I didn't even know that you had left until I went and saw your previous image. It is truly a loss for this site. I left for a couple of reasons but every now and then I pop back in to view some of the incredible images and adventures people have been posting. I am a visual person so it's mostly about just viewing what other people see through their cameras. I have enjoyed your digital images from the beginning so keep posting even though it is every now and then. Cheers! Paul :)
AnimalExplorer (1997) [2014-07-06 14:06] I would have to say you got a very nice exposure despite the challenging light level not to mention the focus is sharp and crisp. Well done Ron. :)
AnimalExplorer (1997) [2014-07-06 14:02] Love the loon! The side profile really shows this bird off very nicely. I so want to photograph these really sleak looking birds. TFS :)
AnimalExplorer (1997) [2014-07-04 12:58] Very nice macro of this cool looking scorpion. I like the upper dorsal view as it shows the attributes at it's most. Well done. :)
AnimalExplorer (1997) [2014-07-04 9:33] Boy does this one really pop! The details and colors are very exciting. The exposure works out nicely creating a nice contrast. Well done. :)
AnimalExplorer (1997) [2014-07-04 9:31] Wow! I love photos that show these birds opening all their feathers. The beautiful symmetry and the detail as such a nice appeal. Well done on this freeze frame capture.
AnimalExplorer (1997) [2014-07-04 9:28] Very nice detail appears in the plumage of this beautiful flycatcher. The exposure actually worked out pretty good, I always say to myself the subject is more important so I work with that in mind first then I start thinking about the surroundings second. The contrast in this makes it a difficult shot with the subject having darker registers versus the lighter registers on the rock. You done did good. :)
