Hello Albert,
Wonderful capture with fantastic sharpness, natural colours and good details.
This is Africa in a lovely image in witch we see the greatest mammal
living on dry land and drinking water.
Splendid catch with excellent details and good contrast.

Bonjour Albert,

Hi Albert

It is always rather difficult or challenging to do a successful group photo when a number
of animals are huddled together, but I think you did well with this group of ±12 elephants
at the waterhole. One reason why I say so is because you managed to capture the shot
with a number of very prominent animals facing forward, or there about, in the shot. First
the bigger one on the far left, then the two youngsters with the one youngster in nice clear
view, next is the big one occupying the centre of the shot, followed by the juvenile peaking
from behind the centre big one's backside, with another big one to the right, and finally the
two younger ones with the slightly isolated sub-adult on the far right. Each one performing
some action related to drinking water while standing nicely all along the edge of the body
of water. As far as the composition goes, the water filling the bottom 1/3 of the frame, then
the elephants take up the middle 1/3 zone, and finally there's the trees in the BG filling the
upper most 1/3 zone. The details are fine and the colour tones are natural and pleasing. In
my books this qualifies as an excellent elephant family shot.

Well done and TFS.
Take care and have a great weekend.

During this time of year the commercialised words "Peace & Goodwill" always gets blown
out or proclaimed in a superfluous plethora of advertisements, catalogues and billboards
by the mass media, radio and TV. Wherever one looks or listens you get blasted with
this notion, but spare a moment in your thoughts and prayers to the ill-fated realities of
those less fortunate. Those that are living in war torn countries, those whose lives were
disrupted by natural catastrophes, those that do not have enough food on the table,
those who are removed from friends and family, those who do not have the privilege of
love and laughter in their lives.

FAITH makes all things possible
LOVE makes all things BEAUTIFUL,
It is my whish that you will have all three of these in abundance for this Christmas.
MERRY CHRISTMAS and a wonderful New Year!

Hi Albert

Great capture, you had good even light. Good composition.

Bonjour Albert,

Hi Albert.
This is an amazing 3D image of a very nice scene. Transparency of the image is exceptional as well as sharpness across the frame. Selected focal length is great. Framing of the scene is excellent. Well done and TFS.
