Adult Male, on the younger side (can tell by smallish mane).
These monkeys live only in Ethiopia. They are NOT baboons (i.e. genus Papio), although they are commonly referred to as such.
They are highly specialized to their alpine grassland environment. Their diet, grass and herbs, is particularly odd for a primate, as is the red sexual skin on their chests (in addition to the typical placement near the butt).

a strange picture. Perhaps you should have composed so that we see more of the monkey? Sharpness could also be improved. The face is very impressive though.
looking at your gallery, i noticed several photos on this genre, therefore i think it is just your style and not a mistake.Actually the close-up is considerable.In my opinion a good photo.
