Hi Peter,

Another bird I've not seen - but I have seen termite mounts in Africa. I love the pose on the branch showing off his beautiful eye that matches the top of his head. Excellent details of the face, plummage, wings and tail feathers. He blends in with the background but at the same time stands out from it.

another excellent capture from Ethiopian birds. I saw only C. juncidis in Cyprus from species of the genus Cisticola. This is also tiny and very beautiful rufous-brown cap. Its shot is great also with focus, POV, eyes contact, colors and composition. Thanks for sharing, best wishes

Hello Peter,

You have made a fine photo with this little bird. Sharpness is gopod as you have focused well and the whole bird can be clearly seen. Light has been well used and I like the color tone from bird's eye. There is a fine contrast between bird and background.

Je reist wat af en ziet veel mooie natuur, zo ook deze vogel.

Mooie houding en goede compositie, alleen jammer dat de meeste vogels bijna nooit echt vrij zitten.

Hier ook weer en dat is opzich jammer maar een mooie foto is het.
