Catananche caespitosa Desf., Fl. Atlant. 2: 238. 1799

Caespitose plant, very small shrubs 10 cm max., herbaceous to woody, leaves in the basal rosettes. The flower is pallid yellow. Typically on stone slopes and rocky places. Endemic of N Africa, growing in the Atlas Mountains, from 1600 m to 3200 m.

Hello Ferran,
A fine capture of this small Compositae flower with the solitary bee and ant nice bonuses in the composition. Excellent colours lighting and clarity.

Preciosa, i si té l'alçada que dius la planta, ha de ser una miniatura la flor.
Ben captat el groc. Es gairbé identica en forma i textures a C. caerulea que
veig per Lleida amb molta frecuència.
Bon documen i deunidó a l'alçada en que està feta.
