Bonjour Gerard,
belles couleurs bienque prise en plein soleil. j'aurais cadré différememnt et mis plus de place du coté droite dans la direction de l'animal? Mais la foto me plait.
salutations
Pierre

Bonjour Gerard
Nice image of good looking, strong Impala Male. I see you took the photo in August, and for this time of the year the animal is in very good condition.

I like the shadow of the bock and the details showing also the dropping of previous visitor (elephants?) to the waterhole.

Good work showing the Etoscha typical habitat.

Have a nice day
Warm Greetings
Ingrid

Hello Gerard.
This is a great shot of this Impala. Excellent POV, nicely composed. I love the lighting, the warm tones, detail and DOF. The pose is lovely too. Well done.Best regards Siggi

Hello Gerard,

You're capturing well this animal by a good composition and excellent tone/clarity, so it's interesting and impressive to see a lovely Aepyceros melampus petersi with long/bent horns and the pliant limbs which is walking along the riverside all over which white pebbles are scattered. The light is managed well by bright tone. And, the shadow draws out a good effect in this image as well as he lying shrub at left side.

Kind regards,
mikio
