The Vervet Monkey, sometimes simply known as the Vervet, is the common name of the species Chlorocebus pygerythrus, an Old World monkey in the family Cercopithecidae.

This little Vervet was sitting next to the Letaba River early afternoon.

Excellent portrait, great contact with the eyes, very good colors and a perfectly balanced brightness. Good composition and framing very appropriate.

Too bad you have not published the EXIF of the photo, it's good to have these data serve to learn. ;-)
