Quite well captured this Heron. Black Headed Heron? Not sure. Beautiful BG and color.
Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure how to achieve good details and how would be perfect setting of camera. I also don't use any Tripod and always try keep my hand like a STONE :-)
And before clcking I don't breath at all :-)
It helps me to keep my hand steady. Soon I'll post a flying bird picture.

A tad bit soft on focus, but still a very presentable image. I really like the wing positions showing both top and bottom features. Not sure what made up your BG, but I like it.

Hello Nelson,
This is indeed a Black-headed Heron, ardea melanocephala. Not as good as the Hadeda photo, but acceptable. Nice soft colors.
