The intensive look in teh eyes are just amazing.

The 'feel' of this picture is very strong, Anna.
With the depth of that OOF valley in the background, it appears as if I'm looking at that majestic creature at a time in this earth's history when man was nowhere on the scene and our planet was inhabited by only the denizens of the wilderness such as this fearless and proud Lioness.

Brillant shot. This lioness is a beautiful one, which is always a good start. Perfect pose and beautiful natural surroundings. 2 nits in the post processing process, if I may.
- slight overuse of level/contrast. Especially the head need to be soften.
- I would crop of lot of the irrelevant grass below as the lioness is too centered vertically.
But even so your post is a masterpiece.

Hello Anna,
A fantastic shot of this gorgeous little lady, although little doesn't seem to fit the discription in this instance. She posed perfectly for you allowing your lens to scan her entire body for detail and beautiful colors.
I guess I never noticed those tiny brown eye brows on other specimens before, but they really seem to stand out in this shot. The image has that 3D look to it with her in super sharp focus and the BG slightly OOF. Colors are well saturated and bright yet natural. An awesome photo!!!

Sorry for my absence on TN for awhile. What I like of your posting is the clear cut of the object and the BG. It is almost as if the Lioness were pasted on a beautiful BG.
