[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I had captured this picture in Orpen, Kruger National Park, South Africa.

Before sunset when we were returning to camp, saw this family roaming about just next to the road. I used my Canon compact camera to get wider view. Light was so beautiful which attracted me to capture this picture.

Hi Srikumar, truly beautiful this composition, the light is perfect to create a great contrast between the warm colors of ground and giraffes and the sky, fantastic scenery too,i like it! Have a nice day and thanks,Luciano

Hello Srikumar,
You do know what time of day is best for photography and what a beautiful result. Perhaps the tree in the background between the giraffe on the right and the one in the middle could be cloned out. It would be quite a job of work but can be done very successfully at pixel level with high magnification. Some bush on the right could also be cropped off but one wouldn't want too little space in front of them and I wouldn't like to sacrifice the tree on the left. Very well done. It is a real pleasure to view.

OUTSTANDING photography.Great lighting here, not very harsh that makes the subjects, both the jungle and the resident very beautiful.

Hello Srikumar,
Nice photo in splendid light and beautiful colours. Excellent composition.

Good work.Natural ambience...

Hi Sri,
Attractive image, beautiful lights and colors, of course the composition with 3 giraffes is fabulous itself. I'd crop just a little more from left, just a small part of the tree, but definitely not the stem itself. In this case we should get less space behind the back of the giraffe at left than in front of the animal at right - so the "negative space effect" should be done. ;-) A great photo even uncropped, I like it very much, but the crop may improve the view further. Although, just a personal opinion.
Best regards, László

I missed a while, during which time you posted some great images with superb animals and landscapes. This photo is also extremely clear and has perfect details. Depth of field is amazing.

I like your warm pictures - wonderful light!

Hello Srikumar

The panorama framing you give it is going perfectly with
the subjects and the scenery, with a lovely lateral warm light, TFS
