|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|I have captured this 'Squaco Heron' (Ardeola ralloides) at Marievale Bird 🐦 Sanctuary early in the morning. I prefer early in the morning because this time birds are more active and I get perfect light. Marievale Bird Sanctuary, mainly a marshland where you could find different species and it's always my weekend destination.|
Squaco Heron is a migrant, wintering in Africa. It's not such a big Heron but beautiful coloured with short neck and short thick bill and Buff-brown back. In summer adults have long neck feathers.

Hi Srikumar,a beautiful composition, caught in the natural habitat of the squacco heron that seems watching the water to find some fish. The pose is lovely and the quality too despite the light, well done...as usual. Have a nice weekend and thanks,Luciano
You have captured the heron beautifully. Superb details and light.

This seems to be a small species.
Detailed image and good DoF.
great framing and colours, greetings Ori
marvellous capture in beautiful tender colours in the soft backlight of early morning, perfectly composed. A striking beauty. Congratulations!
With best regards,
The vegetation is framing well the bird. The point of view is showing the details of the Squaco Heron. The sharpness is very good. The light is enhancing the beauty of the colors. Have a nice day.
