and most old TE posters might remember her. I have closed my account on TE, so no more lure form there in future. I cannot keep-up two sites, so, I am sorry for any points I may have cost you over there. At least, it allows me to share some favourites again, & hopefully, with more PP skills as well.
A strom is blowing outside, so I might not be able to comment - again, because I have lost 3 modems and a hard drive already to our nice weather over the past few years.

I, and maybe you too, need a break from the desert pictures, so here is one from the bushveld.

You can look HERE for the introduction on how Cutie & I met - the African Feline Theme also shows more pics of her.

I have said it before, and may sound like an LP that is stuck, but no other feline gives me the same adrenaline rush than this spotted cat with its stealthy movements, lithe body and penetrating eyes, although here, the eyes are still neutral, not spitting, like in the adult. She was the first and only kitten leopard I have ever seen, and I feel the need to go back and hunt her offspring with the DSRL. We have already said so much about leopards on this site, so no more info on them to bore you.

Here, she is up in the tree, at the kill. I cloned-out the gory part on the left, as it does not go well with her face here, although I posted a picture of her and the kill HERE . She looks so sweet & innocent, a bit unsure of what she must do. It stays a magic moment for me, and one of my favourite pictures. I hope you will enjoy her too, and also feel the urge to cuddle her real tight!

Shooting details are lost by now. This was most probably the Nikon F90X, the Sigma 120-300 f2.8, monopod, Provia 100F slide film and flatbed scanner. NO USM here, just S/H and Selective colours.

She is a cutie Callie. Her mouth and eyes show the fact that she is a little confused about what to do next. Well done.

She is very cute, but she does look a bit sad.., maybe cause you cloned her food ;)

I would love to see what she is up too now..

This is really sweet, Callie. Again you give us the most impressing subjects. This one looks a bit forced of S/H (or maybe is the fill flash). I think you could make better with some selective saturations lighting adjust. Beautiful shot.

Still very cute. Not for long I guess. These guys can become really mean. Excellent DOF and POV. Great shot.

Hi Callie , Cutie always will be a winner she has so much appeal. This one has a real warmth to it, you can feel the warth of an African day seeping out of the screen into a cool/cold northern climate. The S&H works well realing lots of detail without spoiling the overal balance of the image.
I presume you like me are going to be leaving your previously posted images on TE with directions too them from your intro?

This is very nice capture Callie. I like the composition and she is a real gem. Well done.

Great photo.Very nice composition.fantastic dof, beautiful. Great work Callie

I can never get enough of cutie. You got that special light again here, it just lovely Callie. Nothing else to add. Exept... "wunderbar" ;)

Excellent picture, Callie. Forgive and forget my WS. Your photo cannot be improved. I had not read your note before I did the WS. It is perfect like it is.
You took this picture more than 2 years ago. May be Cutie as change her name now.
Babies are the more powerfull beings upon earth, I learn this by experience, their glances call the best from us.
Thanks

Nou hett Cutie die regte huis gekry. This is a stunning shot and the image is loaded with the cuteness factor. The composition is great and the only nit here is that the one foot is having its nails clipped by the frame, the rest is perfect.

Stunning work here Callie!
