|Image taken at the Ostrich Farm in Cape Town.|
The farm is situated 60 km south of Cape Town close to the entrance of the "Cape Point National Park" "Cape Of Good Hope".
The " Ostrich Farm" is a productive breeding farm. A family-run business which in it's existing form, was acknowledged in 1996.
Being a breeding farm, everything is done to comfort and accommodate 40 Ostrich pairs. They live in 40 camps and ensure that there are always plenty of eggs to incubate.
The drive to the "Ostrich Farm" is one of the most beautiful routes leading directly to the "Cape Of Good Hope", whether you choose to travel via Simon's Town or via Scarborough.
During the breeding season, quite often you will be able to experience the hatching of an ostrich chick.
The facility can accommodate up to 800 birds.
Image as is no alterations has been made.
