|When you go on safari, there 's only a small chance you will see a leopard in a tree. I guess I was lucky that day. Late in the afternoon I saw this beautiful leopard - absolutely my favourite wild cat - somewhere in the Serengeti. |
There was not much light and I had to choose a long shutterspeed (1/125).Also the distance - 40 meters - was a problem.
I guess a digital camera would give me a better result.

Never mind the tecnical difficulties... You got a great pose from this leopard... and your composition is very nice... Colors a bit dark but no problem...TFS...Ina...
You might get better results, but by then perhaps the leopard might not be in the tree, and we would miss this wonderful photo.
