Same day as previous post in the Serengeti National Park, 15 munites laster just after the sunset. The storm was moving in. I was here just at the beginning of the rainy season. Best time to be as far as I know. Not too many tourists, not too hot and dusty. The grass just start to grow so you have some green in you photos, but not too high that you can spot wildlife easily.
ISO 800

Lighten slightly
5% saturation

Stunning photo! Completely free of noise - which I would probably have expected from an 800 ISO? But I don't do much evening photography, so perhaps that's not an issue. I love the colors and the choice of framing. Great job! Penny

Hello Way

Another very beautiful landscape from you showing the clam before the storm...a great atmosphere for such a shot!
What you say in your note is probably very correct and if i'll ever get the money for such a dream trip, i'll definitely remember it :)

The colors in you shot are lovely and very well saturated, the perspective is terrific and the composition is gorgeous.
I'm a bit puzzled about why you chose to use such a high ISO since you've used a tripod for the shot...was there wind and you didn't want that in your shot?

Anyway, a wonderful image yet again!

Hello Way,
Moody landscape...
and I do like the fact that you can't see the sun...
Well done

This is a beautiful well executed photo... I think. At first I thought it was cool morning light. I love the trees silhouetted against the sunset. Even though the scene is divided almost directly in half by the horizon line, it seems to work. It's lovely
