[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Astragalus strictifolius is rather common in Armenia and the Caucasus. Although the wilted flowers are dark purple, the fresh ones are yellow. This is a chrublet of arid slopes.

Hello Ori,
What a unique and beautiful little flower. I don't believe I have ever seen one quite like it before. Texture looks so unusual, almost like cotton. Wonderful detail and attractive natural colors.
Well done!!

Hello Ori
Amazing detail and well captured image of this wild flower.
erfect tonal rage,
best wishes,

Hello, Ori
It's always nice to see your elegant botanical portraits. I see a change to more specialised equipment for the task, also. Isn't it amazing (and often frustrating) how shallow the depth of field is when working very close with a larger sensor camera - even with small apertures? In this case, it emphasises the textures very nicely.
Best wishes, Nigel.
