Kans grass (Saccharum spontaneum) (Hindi: काँस kām̥s, Odia: କାଶତଣ୍ଡି kāśataṇḍi) Assamese: কঁহুৱা, খাগৰী kahuwa, khagori is a grass native to the Indian Subcontinent. It is a perennial grass, growing up to three meters in height, with spreading rhizomatous roots.

Durga Puja (Bengali: দুর্গাপূজা or Assamese: দুৰ্গা পূজা or Odia: ଦୁର୍ଗା ପୂଜା [d̪urɡa pudʒa], "Worship of Durga"), also referred to as Durgotsava (Bengali: দুর্গোৎসব or Odia: ଦୁର୍ଗୋତ୍ସବ Bengali pronunciation: [d̪urɡot̪ʃɔb], "Festival of Durga") or Sharadotsav is an annual Hindu festival in South Asia that celebrates worship of the Hindu goddess Durga.

Hello Biswarup,
To see this native grass being blown in the wind is so refreshing, you photographed it perfectly. The exposure could not have been any better, the lighting is magical. I really like the composition as the entire frame is filled with this lovely feather like grass. Tac sharp focus and excellent DOF.
