Hi Biswarup,

This is a Mexican prickly poppy, Argemone mexicana (Papaveraceae), Hindi names: Shialkanta, Satyanashi, a native of Tropical America.
Same species is on photo from Saudi Arabia by hasim kilic, ID by fragman.

Hi Biswarup, Nice image.
This flower (Argemone mexicana) is not a native plant of India, but came here and spread as a weed. In bengali it is called Shial ka(n)ta. Dishonest businessmen use the oil of this plant to adulterate mustard oil and as a result many people are found to be paralyzed after using the adulterated oil as a cooking medium.
