[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Mt. Kailash, the most holy mountain to Hindus and Buddhists. It sits on the Tibetian-India border. Shiva, the Hindu God lives on this mountain. All life emerged from the earth through this mountain for Tibetian Buddhists. The glaciers have been melting at an alarming rate. This is the main water supply for the small frugal farms, and villages in Kinnuar. Once the ancient ice pack is gone, there will be little available water in an arid region.
