|These birds were fishing in the pond. I wanted to take one shot when one of them manage to catch a fish. I never succeeded!|

Nice faces, TFS Ori
Welcome to TrekNature first of all. This photo's very promising, the exposure's excellent, as well as white balance, so your colors are natural and beautiful. Same goes for the scene, you prove a composition may be complete and well balanced also in a case when not the entire animal is visible in the frame. These are the positive points. The negatives: focus seems soft, the birds' head aren't sharp enough. In case of a re-sized image you need to make a 2-step sharpening procedure: one when converting from RAW to JPG, and the other after re-sizing. Background also seems noisy a bit - it may be easily avoided by using the free demo of Neat Image or applying noise reduction / gaussian blur selectively on the given part of the photo.
At the same time, please try to write decent notes to your photos. Not only because it's in the terms of service which you agreed with when registering to the site, but also because it helps others to learn. For example I don't know which species it is on your pic, as your few-word note doesn't give information about it.
Well, enjoy your stay on the site when posting your photos and commenting of others'. As mentioned, this is a promising shot - hopefully the next one will be excellent technical-wise, too, not only in the composition. Good luck!
Best regards, László from Ireland
