Shot at Mulashi- around 40 km from Pune city. I found this wild flower near a water fall. The rain was just stopped and the whole climate was cloudy. And beleive me this was the only flower i found .......no same flower was found in near by area....i was blossomed on the cliffs near water fall .......you would find a green leaf disturbing the picture but this was the only angle from where i could shoot this....could not avoid that....cropped a bit and posted hope you would like it.......

NICE SHOT, THE COLOURS ARE WELL SATURATED. THE COLOUR TONE OF THE FLOWER IS BEAUTIFUL. THE DARK BACKGOUND MAKES THE FLOWER COME OUT BETTER. BLURRED BACKGROUND COULD HAVE HELPED WITH A BETTER EFFECT. THE COMPOSITION IS CENTERED.CHANGING POV TO AVOID THE GEEN LEAF COULD HAVE YIELDED BETTER RESULT AS IT IS OBSTRUCTING THE FOCUS FROM THE FLOWER.
