This is one of those red-orange blooms that take place during spring-summer. In Indian dry decidious forests, red orange color is very common during spring and summer. Many plants like palash, seeta ashok, gulmohor, katesavar etc bloom in this season and make the forest almost red.
(however taxonomical nomenclature of this flower isnot known to me.. ) |
