I got this shot of the Little Egret (not Intermediate as the name of file indicates) standing on one leg on one of the rocky islands inside the Chambal River.

The Little Egret is a widespread resident but unrecorded in NW & NE part of the Subcontinent. The Little Egret is a slim and graceful bird, has black bill, black legs and yellow feet. Has two elongated neck plumes and mantle plumes during breeding. The feet turns reddish during courtship. the bird is often found in flocks when foraging but also found in solitary isolation. Roosts communally in lakes, rivers, marshes, paddy fields, estuaries, mangrove and creeks.

Hello Satirtha,
Absolutely stunning shot of this beautiful Little Egret. The white balance is right on thy money rendering perfect white color tones. Super sharp focus allowing us to view it in exceptional detail. The exposure couldn't be any better. Love the clean blurred BG.
