Hello Smitha,
Superb capture of a Tickell's Flowerpecker with excellent sharpness and lighting: it can't be easy to take such a fine shot of this active small bird.
Maybe this is a matter of opinion, but I think the composition would have been better without the top two cms of the image. This does not detract from the basic quality of this shot, which is excellent.

hi smitha,
nice capture of this restless bird. i have observed some small birds at home. not yet very successful in capturing them. they are of similar size but with a curved beak. i can see them hovering while sucking honey from some flowers. thanks for the excellent note. tfs.

Great close-up picture of the cute bird and nice scenery. Composition of the shot your POV are superb as well as the details and sharpness of the bird. I like how well the bird’s eye is reproduced and how impressive its lance is. Light smooth colourfull BG is wonderful as main subject. May be DOF is shallow quite a little bit (I mean not extremely sharp tail). In such cases I usually prefer f/7.1-f9. But this is matter of taste. My best wishes? compliments and TFS.
