|I was looking for some spiders on flowers,.. and I was surprised to find the variety of life that can be found on a single flower,... ranging from crab spiders waiting for prey to different kinds of flies and ladybugs to honeybees,... all searching for food and mate. One such fly on a petal of a marigold.|

I like your macro of this fly. Very good way you managed to use the light. Flys brown color tones with the yellow orange of the flower looks great. Your photo has also very clear sharp image. Evenm delicate details on flys body can be see.
Thank you for sharing,
Flawlessly exposed shot.
I captured an insect quite similar to this a few days ago and it will probably be my next posting.
I agree with you that it is so interesting to see the variety of insect life that you find on the flowers, once you go looking for something totally different, like in your case – spiders. I have found many insects that I did not even knew existed. A well composed image with good and clear details. I especially find the eyes eye-catching image. Well framed and pleasantly presented. Thanks for sharing and enjoy your day.
