[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
We were a very different bunch of people that checked into our new 'home',the resort, all at different times, on different dates; different people, from different places, different countries, different cultures - all wanting one thing in common, each one wanted to try and enjoy nature, photograph Creation and display it...preserve it!
After a few days, most of them left, and I walked out, into the garden, which looked out at these mountains, I was all alone...I started to miss these friends...I missed the noise, the focus, the shots we shared, how we taught each other small things in our core endeavour, the learnings we had from just being with one another...I thought to myself 'This is depressing, get outta here, Goldy boy!'I got out of there, the first thing next morning..
The bonds we formed at that 'Home' resort were beautiful, intangible, and all of us have kept in touch, and we plan on meeting again.. sooooon, God willing! But I can never forget that last night, it still makes me feel that sometimes, silence is deafening...
'Home' is where the heart is, and I will be back home...soon. Till such time, I'm going on a vacation.
So long!
P.S.:Please save your smilies for someone else,I'll let you know as soon as I'm back home!!

Dear Goldy,

Nothing better than this to start a day...couldn't resist looking in for dedications that were coming in..and this is one of the best i have seen in here....i love the title, the composition and best of all the notes ...that gave me goosebumps...extremely creative and well connecting ...creating a mood and ambience both emotional and touching that goes excellently with your composition...

Very impressive PoV, DoF and lighting....and this goes straight into my favourites.

I hope we all get "home" soon after the break and life will be back to normal...

Take care...Life is Good:)

Warm regards

Hi Goldy,

Happy vacation, but please don't stay away to long, all the best, Cheers Rick :)

Just marking for now

Hello Goldy,

Great notes which made enjoyable reading.
The photograph certainly conveys the feeling of silence, loneliness, separation Tthe blue tones add to this mood enormously.
Happy vacation.

Kind regards,
Bev :-)

This is such a wonderful shot Goldy. I like this dreamy shot with such a good perspective in tall frame. Thanks for sharing and best regards. Jusni

Dear Goldy,
Well, I could understand things later & corrected my critique only after reading Asbed's note. I am sorry to read about what has happened to our friends through Admin ! You will be missed by all of us.

Ciao Goldy,
Grazie e complimenti

Hello Goldy Why there is a too much vacation? We have formed a very good Indian TN team and suddenly disappearing by members causing a concern. We must sit down and get them sorted. Please for nature sake.

Hi Goldy.
I have missed many your nice pictures. Sorry.
This one is so pleasant for look. You have pictured a fine place. Shapes of mountains are very nice. I also like soft colour palette of the image and excellent framing/composition. My heartfelt wishes and TFS.

Hello Goldy! Good to see you back! Very nice atmosphere in this one, well composed, great technique, well done, thanks!

Hi Goldy,

The point of view is allowing us to see the mountains to infinity at the beginning of the day. The light fod or mist is giving a special effect to the scenery. The subject is well frame. Have a nice day.
