Not much to write about this beautiful butterfly which features very regularly on TN. But I have not posted many images of this species maybe because they are not as good in comparison. However I have always enjoyed chasing them and clicking whenever I have had oppurtunities. I honestly feel that the more you see them the more you like to see them. I present today one of my modest efforts made in one of my many sojourns to remote butterfly havens. Hope everyone would like it. They indeed are the most colourful butterflies - the flying Tiger.

Hello Sumon,
It may be commonly seen here but it is sooo beautiful and here you've captured it from a lovely POV and in a fine pose almost hanging from the little bud. Excellent sharpness and colours and a beautiful composition. Very well done!
TFS and regards, Ulla

Hi Sumon!

Indeed, there's not much to say about this marvellous butterfly. It's often seen on TN, but not always with this quality. I believe it's not possible to do better: the details are superb, the colours and the lighting are perfect. The only thing I can add: I can't get enough looking at it.

Kind regards

Markus

Beautiful shot of this butterfly, Sumon.
An excellent side POV that shows off the colorful markings on the wings.
The pose with the head at an angle adds interest to the picture.
Very sharp details throughout.

Hello Sumon,

Impressive details in the wings!
So silky-crisp, so rich in colours...
The insect shows an impressive pose, that is very well captured and the chosed DoF adds a fine 3-D effect to the subject!

Greetings,
Pablo -
