[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note

Here is the second spoil from Hesarghatta. We found this juvenile while we were about to leave. This bird was patiently giving pose for ours and another car. I was the driver for my car. To get a better picture, I used the car top as support to shoot this picture.

My apologies on identification. This is a Kestrel.

Hallo Murali
Great photography showing this bird's perfectly shaped and formed plumage in all its glory. A big splendor and poser indeed. The tailpiece is really impressive and a real eye-catcher. An image well presented and worth a big smiley. A delight to look at. Focus, clarity and sharpness is great. Thanks for sharing.
Kind regards

A lovely portrait, with warm lighting and a complementary background. However, this is Falco tinnunculus, the Eurasian kestrel.

Hi Murali,
Just to give my force to Merlin, Peter Z, and Angelo. They are right. This is a female Falco tinnunculus.

Nice pose.

This is kestrel not shikra as the title says, however nicely composed picture of the bird, looks like it has little green cast, as the back ground is dominating.TFS

Beautiful image Murali!
