Hello Haraprasan,
Though the flash has caused a bit too much reflection, this is a sharp and pretty good macro of a species of ground beetle (Carabidae). There are many in this group that look alike so the exact ID is difficult.
Thanks for sharing this one,

Hello Haraprasan!
If this picture would be taken in Europe - I would say: this is Pterostichus niger (Carabidae), but because of locality - I'm not so sure even if genus is correct. Very nice capture!
Greetings from Lodz!

Hello Haraprasan!

For first sight I thought it is beetle on snow. Great details and nice dorsal view. Maybe flash light is too harsh.

Hi Haraprasan,

A good sharp macro of this black beetle. Excellent details and textures. What interesting legs he has. Is that another little white insect of some kind on the side?

TFS and greetings,

hello Haraprasan

Hi My dear friend Haraprasan, an excellent macro capture of carabid insect with great clarity and nice composition.
TFS and cheers,

Namastay HAra,
It is indeed some kind of ground beetle, but there are many species which vary from one country to another,so you will need to look at a site (or book) that specialises in insects of India to find this one I think.
Anyway,it is an excellent shot with very good sharpness.
Very nice work.

Hi Haraprasan,
Sorry I can help you with the ID.
Agree with Ivan about the flash but you managed to bring out
fine details of the black insect.
It's well composed with a nice diagonal of the bug, also placed
out of centre with lot of room around.
Well done.

Very well endowed black bug, HP. Look at those lines on its shiny back!
Even though the flash has bounced off, it does not affect the clarity of the picture.
Well done and TFS.
