Indian Fritillarty
 |
|
[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This beautiful butterfly was reasonably common in open areas adjacent to the the montane evergreen forest (1900m), near Munnar in the Western Ghats of Kerala. Would appreciate it if the TNers can help me identify the species.
(Thanks Vral for helping with the ID once again!) |

Hello Ravi,
I missed this fine capture of A. hyperbius taken from a nice dorsal POV to show the open wings with fine sharpness against the sandy ground.
Thanks and best regards,
Ivan
Hello Ravi.
Thank you for that nice picture from this butterfly. The composition is very more or less good. Personally, I would have be closer from the butterfly(as I suggest you in the workshop). Very good sharpness, depth of field, which gives us many details. Colors and contrast are very attractive.
Many thanks for that excellent picture of colorful butterfly from India.
All the best.
