Hello Prasad,

My dear friend, this is (possibly) a Phoebis Sennae belogn the Pieridae family. It seems incredible but your country and mine share some species.

You've captured so masterfully exploited very well the capabilities of your Canon SD850! I like this with f / 8 and holding the ISO 80. I too have a Canon compact and I like very much to see what others do with these types of cameras.

Excellent light, very good details. For next time, please work with a less central composition looking over the photographic plane thirds. This will help achieve more impacting photos at eye level.

Excellent work, very well done. Congratulations. I hope to see more pictures of you soon.

Namastay bhaijaan Prasad,

Sorry i could not help you on the id of this pretty yellow beauty. But this is utterly impressive work! The focus and DOF both look perfectly controlled, good exposure and clarity too. I can't see anything wrong with this shot, picture perfect. Great job indeed!
TFS and cheers,

Namaste Prasad,
in spite of the bright sunlight the butterfly is well exposed, perfectly focused
and shown with high sharpness. Only the flowers are a bit over-exposed.
The species shown is Catopsilia pomona of the family Pieridae, also called
the 'Common Emigrant'.
Best wishes, Peter
