|On the way from Leh to Pangong Tso in Ladakh, India , one comes to a place called Tangtse after crossing the mighty Changla Pass at 17580ft. A little after Tantse , the traveller reaches a narrow stream called "Pagal Nallah"( the Crazy Stream). It has to be crossed by 2pm as the water level rises dangerously after that. Driving has to be very slow and cautious as the boulders may cause vehicle breakdown.|
Fifteen briges had been built and then washed away by Pagal Nallah. A new road is being built along the mountain to avoid crossing Pagal Nallah.
You can see this dangerous nallah and a beautiful rockface in the background of the photo.
