A crab spider is mating mating while dining. I am amazed how tiny the male spider is. Hope you will like.

Thank you for looking.

Hello Haraprasan,
Interesting documentary shot. It seems that the prey is bigger than the male :-) He must have been safe, the female being occupied with such a big dinner.
Thanks and kind regards

By the way ... thanks for the W/S on "Reflection". That was great.
I should have posted the original in "as is" form. Used Corel to "Fill Flash". Was a mistake. Realise it now.... too late.
Best regards from Canada.

Hello Haraprasan
what a nice and interesting capture for crab spider. great timing and shot. focus, POV, colors and exposure great. thanks for sharing, well done

It is a bit convoluted. I wish I had been there to see it in person. They are all tied together in a knot. Is mating allowed like that in India:) Bless you and Namaste'

Great scouting and wonderful timing. They could not have been easy to see. Wonderful seeing the two together and the size of the male is truly amazing. I love the way the lady is posing!

Hello Haraprasan,
This is surely a unique capture showing Crab Spiders in cop. The male is indeed small and I epect he'll be able to make a quick get-away afterwards as the female is busy eating!! Brilliant work, sharp details, fine natural colours and very well composed.
Many thanks and cheers, Ulla
