[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I noticed this presumably Common Paddyfield Frog in a shallow trough of water this morning. It was apparently having a good time with its face slightly out of water. It was somewhat dark there, so I had to use fill flash which has bounced off it but without obliterating much of the details on it.
In the afternoon, I found it still there in the trough with its head fully out of water, so I took a couple of more shots of it from a different angle. You can see it in the workshop.
I would solicit experts to correct me about its ID if I'm wrong.
Thanks for looking.

hallo Ram
this one is a beauty
good details great sharpness and beautiful colours
thanks greeting lou

Dear Ram,
I am sorry to be unable to shed any light on the ID of this beautiful-specimen. The patterns, stripes on the back and camouflage spots on the legs are amazing!

It must have been difficult to focus on the frog and get the exposure right with all the camouflage and dark back ground.

I add your work to my theme "F r o g s ".

Thanks for sharing
Kind regards

Beautiful frog species and well captured...I like all the details of this frog and colors too. tfs.

Hello Ram.

Thank for the sharing of this picture from a small frog. For the ID, I can't help you as I'm not a specialist. Maybe could you ask here: Amphibian of the world from noah project.

Good point of view for the main picture as well as for the workshop. We have a good overview of the body from the frog. Good composition in such a way that we perceive that the frog is ready to jump up.

Sharpness and depth of field perfectly well managed. Good colours with an attractive opposition of the red and green colours.

All the best.

Amazing frog Ram! Great photo too! The composition is excellent. The colours are fantastic! Very good composition too!

Magnificient colours here MF Christodoulos. Razor details. Great compo.
