Openbill Stork, Anastomas oscitans
A small white or greyish white stork with black in the wings. Reddish black bill with arching mandibles that leaves a narrow open gap. Sexes are alike. Feeds on snails, crabs,frogs, large insects and other small living things. Breeds in colonies among mixed heronries of cormorants, egrets, painted storks etc.

Here you can see the stork flying with nesting material.

nice shot in flight,still seem different than the European.
European are white with red beak and also black on the wings.
