Plains Cupid on Leaf

|I have already mentioned in my post of this butterfly earlier that this is the dry-season form of this species of Blues. I captured it in my school garden on the 1st of this month.|
Chilades pandava, the plains Cupid or cycad blue, is a species of lycaenid butterfly found in India, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Indochina, Peninsular Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Java, Sumatra and the Philippines. They are among the few butterflies that breed on plants of the cycad class.
