It ranges across north central and northeast India, Nepal Bhutan, north Bangladesh, and southeast Asia (Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam). Its natural habitat is temperate forest.|

Good focus on the eyes, which I consider vital in an Owl picture, Biswarup.
The plain BG helps in making the bird stand out.
