[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was wondering why dragon flies were crashing in my room daily. They seemed not to be able to fly properly. In this picture I saw a large red ant attached to the dragonfly's head. I also think there is the red head of another ant on this dragonflies neck. I found them on other dragonfly photos too. (Indian windows have bars, but rarely screens, hence you live with wild life often in your room, even monkeys will come in).

Looks like a terribly battered dragonfly.

Hi Gloria, I would like to congratulate on this beautiful pic.

A general note: Inidan windows are not big enough to allow monkeys to enter.Atleast not in Bangalore, the silicon valley of India. :-)

TFS, Kiran

Hi Gloria,
poor dragonfly, must be very agressive ants.
Very interesting shot, thanks
