Hi Goutham,
you have captured a beautiful butterfly, never seen this before. Lovely colours, good POV and details. The DOF isvery good, the butterfly standout nicely form the BG.
The only nit, it's a bit tight cropped, specially above.
Excellent work.

Hi Goutham,
What an unusual looking butterfly. Which way is which? Haha.
You captured it with excellent details and exposure.
The whites are beautifully white without any trace of OE.
The composition is exquisite with the stem at a diagonal and the butterfly seeming to descend the slope.
Beautiful colors and fascinating markings. TFS. : )

Lovely photograph, Goutham - sharp, well composed and full of detail, but hard cropped. I am no specialist in Indian butterflies, but this looks very much like the Common Silverline Spindasis vulcanus to me, and that is a common species in your area. Or am I missing some key identification feature?
Regards, Nigel.

Great details.
Nice picture.

Hi Bujju,
I am not satisfied with the big enlargement. Infact, in Nature, you have to show the exact size of the species , or near to it. But here you have enlarged more than required , and looks like it is bigger than the swallotais. This silver line is almost less than an inch!

Otherthan this, remaining are quite good, and my Silverline has more red than this "orange".
So, there are two species.
good work. but take care in Filling frame.

Hi goutham,

Great shot of this butterfly , but its way too much of cropping.Kindly do allow some space on all sides.Over all good shot.Agree on satish words too.

What a good job! A very dynamic composition, excellent sharpness and exposure.

Very beautiful, almost looks like it's wearing sunglasses. The pattern and colors on the wings look perfect, the blurry green background amazing, well done.
