[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
here is one of the few pictures i managed to get of a butterfly eating. butterflys are very difficult to capture, and for me, reqpures a lot of running around after them in a park like a 6 year old child.

Hi Dom,
Nice close-up action shot of this 'Graphium sarpedon' swallowtail. They are very hard to capture as they seldom sit still and they are usually flyttering their wings continuously. I will be in Japan in November, but I expect the butterflies all to be asleep for the winter by then. I expect I will have to be content taking pictures of birds.
Early in the mrning you might find them less energetic, more static feeding. Also, when the sun goes in and it gets cooler, they sometimes sit longer. I'm too old to run any more!!
