[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This picture is taken in my small plot of land. It is in a small sub-forest that I created for the love of nature. It is a small Etlingera Elatior shrubs where a few birds breed. But this fantail is very exciting and interesting as it built its nest on a single branch of etlingera.
I have to use a super wide macro to have this shot with my hands above the nest. I do respect the bird, this was taken when it was away. I try to look after it, as I would like to have its off springs safe too.
to me it is such a beautiful pair of eggs.
I just would like to share of how the eggs look like and to some including me seldom see and recognise and identify birds' eggs.
Hope you can get some idea on its appearance.

When one sees a bird's nest one is often curious about the appearance of the eggs. With this fine sharp shot you have satisfied my curiosity and it pleases me that you waited until the Fantail left of its own accord.

I am relieved to know that you are very cautious about not disturbing this nest, Foozi. This is a very delicate phase of breeding in which birds are very touchy about the hatching process.
The image is exceptionally sharp and shows the markings on the eggs in full clarity. I am also amazed to see that the parent birds have done a great job of building their nest so beautifully.
